The Appraisal.com Appraisal Reader is a fast and easy way to view UAD data, XML data, and the PDF of the appraisal report that has been submitted in the MISMO 2.6GSE format.

Appraisal data is translated into a readable format that allows users to navigate through the appraisal file to ensure consistency in reporting. Data validation is available using ReviewMaster’s PAR® Logic Rules.

UAD data is also displayed in the UADQuickView™ which provides a simple, yet concise, report layout of UAD information contained in the appraisal report. The UADQuickView can be used for reference or review by appraisers, management companies and lenders, or presentational purposes to loan committees.
